We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit located in Kolkata with an annual capacity of approx 300,000 pieces. 

Our unit uses the latest technology with imported stitching and finishing machines manufactured by renowned suppliers like Brother, Juki and Sunstar. We have an advanced CAD system from Gerber, Germany, for precise pattern making and drawing, helping us maximize efficiency.

We are also expanding our capacity with an upcoming manufacturing unit scheduled for completion in Winter 2007. This will almost double our installed capacity to about 600,000 pieces per year.
