1. What modes of payment do you expect?
We generally operate on CAD or L/C for new customers. However, payment terms are negotiable on an individual customer basis.
2. What is the lead time for shipment after order confirmation?
If the fabric is in our stock, we generally execute the order within 30-45 days from the date of order. However, if the fabric is not in stock the shipment can take anywhere between 60-75 days from the date of order.
3. Do you print custom logos/designs?
Yes, absolutely. We can provide custom embroidery, screen printing or rubberized printing in the design of your choice.
4. What are the modes of shipment?
International shipping can be done via sea or air and on FOB, CNF or CIF terms.
5. Are you able to source raw materials globally, if required?
Yes. We can import raw materials such as fabric or trim items as per customers requirements.
